Land Stewardship Project
Brian is the editor of the Land Stewardship Letter, the bimonthly newsletter of the Land Stewardship Project. Through his work with the Land Stewardship Project, DeVore helps coordinate publication of sustainable agriculture information that is useful to both farmers and non-farmers.
He has worked in agricultural journalism for almost two decades, writing for, among other publications, Des Moines Register, Successful Farming, agricultureonline, Sierra, Farm Futures, Whole Earth, Minnesota Conservation Volunteer and The New Farm. Before pursuing a career in agricultural journalism, DeVore served as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Kingdom of Lesotho. During that time, he worked as a dairy extension educator.
