Michael Noble lives and works in Saint Paul, where he serves as the head of the Fresh Energy. Fresh Energy works with numerous groups throughout the region and the world to promote efficiency in energy and land use, and the increased reliance on home-grown renewable resources. It's a vision of the future that works for Minnesota's economy, its environment and for future generations. A new energy economy is absolutely needed to solve our serious human challenges with economic renewal, climate stability and public health.
