Content: The Minnesota Council on Foundations has created the largest and most up-to-date online database of Minnesota grantmakers and grants. Users can search more than 1,400 Minnesota foundations and corporate grantmakers using up to nine criteria. The database includes detailed grantmaker profiles with information on a funder's giving priorities, application procedures, finances, contacts and more.

In addition, users can search the Council's exclusive database of more than 100,000 grants awarded by Minnesota's largest grantmakers, using up to nine search criteria.

An annual subscription fee of $175/yr. allows individuals access to the grantmakers database. An additional $85/yr. allows access to the grants awarded database. Free access to the database is available at the six Foundation Center Cooperating Collection locations in Minnesota:

* Brainerd Public Library

* Duluth Public Library

* Minneapolis Public Library, Sociology Dept.

* Rochester Public Library

* St. Paul Public Library

* Southwest State University Library in Marshall
