The Minnesota Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (MASLA) publishes SCAPE: a beautifully designed, intellectually stimulating and free online quarterly. The Spring 2010 issue contained a colorful 52 pages.
MASLA's mission is to lead, to educate and to participate in the careful stewardship, wise planning and artful design of our cultural and natural environments. The purpose of SCAPE is to broaden the circle of people concerned about and creating quality landscapes, by offering landscape architects and others something to think about, and, hopefully, discuss amongst and between one another.
Topics and articles have included:
* Does sustainability actually affect the bottom line?
* A family legacy becomes a public trust
* Valued places; places to visit this year
* Newsletter reviews: The Hometown Advantage; New Urban News
