Overlee Olson, Mary	Owatonna, MN	I am the county staff coordinator for Green Source 2020, an eleven member standing committee of the Steele County Board comprised of citizens from throughout the county who are appointed by County Commissioners. Green Source 2020 is working to promote the economic, environmental, social and cultural well-being of the inhabitants of Steele County. Recent projects include developing a Heritage Driving Tour of Steele County with the hope that this will assist current and future generations to value, appreciate and protect the unique land and water within the county. Green Source 2020 is also working to develop a prioritization system using GIS data to rank land for protection from development, then incorporating this information into land use ordinances that place greater restrictions on development within priority areas.
