Riverside Park Tour

Come learn about the restoration efforts of Friends of the Mississippi and the Cedar-Riverside community as we enjoy a September afternoon walk in Riverside Park, Minneapolis's oldest riverfront park! Join ecologist Carolyn Carr as she covers park history, ecology and the role of volunteers in its restoration, while FMR Program Assistant Katie Clower explains how recent restoration work by community members has improved water quality in the river and its watershed.
